About Us

At Via Kombucha, we genuinely believe that one of the ways to happiness and better gut health is via kombucha (hence our name!) and are committed to brew real fermented teas the old school way.
We ferment black tea, cane sugar and scoby (i.e. symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) for 7-10 days at ambient temperature and then 3 more days during secondary fermentation.
Our kombucha is 100% raw, naturally rich in probiotics, infused with high quality plant-based ingredients, and slightly effervescent with no forced carbonation.
It is the perfect replacement for sugary soda or as an alternative to alcohol!
